We are trying to update our Deed Restrictions. As you may see from the above links, some of them are dating back to 1967. The maintenance fund was established back then when we had not yet installed street lights. Because of this expense, and the rising cost of other services RVIC provides for the neighborhood, such as common area maintenance and keeping the boat ramp in repair, most agree that the maintenance fund fees need to be increased. That is the main purpose of the proposed Deed Restriction changes. Click HERE to review the proposed new Deed Restrictions and what they are changing. If you are an owner and have not yet signed your agreement to change the new Deed Restrictions, please contact one of your officers and he (she will accomodate you. If you have any questions, as always, contact any RVIC memeber.
